I am delighted with the makeover of my garden, recently completed. At the first meeting, Mick immediately identified the shortcomings of my existing garden layout, and discussed improvements that showed he appreciated how I might get more use out of the space. He drew up plans which included two different layouts, and gave options for implementing them: from leaving me to organise and carry out the work, or to ask him to undertake complete project management. I felt under no pressure as to which I should choose, which felt important to me.(I chose the latter)
Mick has contractors he has worked with over the years, and they worked as a team to transfer the plan from drawing to garden. Steve and Dave inspired confidence in their workmanship, and their experience in this area was evident from the start. Minor adjustments were agreed with me as we went along which ensure that I was happy with the overall effect. They also gave advice about taking care of the paving, and what planting might work in the beds.
I now have a garden that maximises the outside area of my house, and that I shall enjoy spending time in.
