This design makes the most of a split-level layout, adding structure, flow, and a variety of inviting outdoor spaces. Lower-Level Patio with Indian Sandstone Paving

The design begins with a patio directly to the rear of the house, paved with Indian sandstone for a timeless and natural look. This lower-level patio is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing, providing a seamless connection between the home and garden.

Sleeper Raised Bed for Planting

To add height and greenery near the patio, I’ve included a sleeper raised bed, ideal for layered planting and seasonal colour. This feature softens the hard landscaping while defining the edge of the patio. Click on the link for info on tanalised sleepers

Steps Leading to Upper-Level Pergola

From the lower level, steps lead up to the upper garden, where a pergola creates a partially shaded area for seating or outdoor dining. This structure adds vertical interest while framing views of the garden beautifully.

Cobble Set Path with Lawn and Border Planting

A cobble set path guides you through the upper level, winding around the garden for easy movement and visual appeal. A central lawn provides open space, bordered by thoughtfully designed planting beds that bring texture, colour, and year-round interest.
